Happiness is Closer Than You Think

You Don’t Have To Feel Lost & Alone.

What Is Depression?

Depression is our minds signal to distress to let us know that something is not quite right and we need to heal. When animals are wounded, there is a natural instinct to hide, lie still, and divert 100% of their energy toward the healing process.

Similarly, when we are wounded psychologically, our body can force us to slow down in order to heal.

When your mind and body are trying to signal that healing is needed, you may experience various symptoms of depression.
